Instructor Growth uses cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, handle enquiries, understand how visitors use our pages and measure advertising.

This policy explains these technologies and your choices. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information and how to contact us about your rights.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

We also use technologies such as browser storage, tracking pixels and tags. These can store information on your device or send information about your visit to a service provider.

Some technologies operate only during your visit. Others remain until they expire or you clear them.

How we use these technologies

Strictly necessary

These technologies support essential functions, such as remembering your cookie choices and protecting forms against spam and misuse. They do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to provide a service you request.

We use Finsweet Consent Pro to manage cookie preferences and Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated activity. Turnstile processes browser and device signals for security checks.

Forms and chat

We use HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel, to provide enquiry forms and website chat.

Storage needed to submit an enquiry or maintain a conversation you request may be necessary to provide that feature. Any additional storage used for optional functionality, visitor tracking or attribution is controlled by the relevant cookie preference.

Information you submit through forms or chat is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources and actions such as submitting an enquiry.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through heatmaps and session recordings. These can show activity such as scrolling, clicks and navigation. Microsoft explains its cookie use here.

Advertising

With your consent, we use Meta Pixel to measure advertising results and create audiences for remarketing on Facebook and Instagram.

This involves sharing information about your browser and website activity with Meta. Meta may associate this information with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Tag management

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage website tags. The analytics and advertising tools it loads follow the consent choices described above.

Your cookie choices

We use Finsweet Consent Pro to let you accept optional cookies, reject them or choose individual categories.

Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled until you consent to the relevant category. Continuing to browse does not count as consent.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using Cookies Settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future use of the affected optional technologies; it does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Rejecting advertising cookies does not necessarily stop you seeing our adverts, but we will not use those cookies to personalise advertising based on your visit.

How long cookies and stored information last

Cookie lifetimes vary by provider and purpose. Common cookies include:

These are provider defaults, rather than a guarantee that every browser retains a cookie for that period. Expiry may refresh when a cookie is updated, and browser settings can shorten its lifetime. See Google’s cookie documentation and Meta’s cookie documentation.

Our Cookies Settings provide the detailed inventory of cookies and browser storage used by our configured services, including their providers, purposes and durations.

Cookie expiry is separate from retention of information already collected. Our Privacy Policy’s retention section explains how long we keep enquiries, client records and other personal information. Its 90-day period for technical and security logs is not a general expiry period for cookies.

Browser controls

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Clearing website data may remove your saved consent choices, so we may ask you to choose again.

Blocking necessary cookies or browser storage may prevent some forms or chat features from working properly.

Changes and contact

We update this policy when our website technologies or practices change. Where necessary, we ask for fresh consent.
